BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

What is the difference between WHO and Asian BMI standards?

Asian populations tend to develop metabolic diseases like diabetes at lower BMI values. The Asian standard uses lower thresholds for overweight and obesity.

WHtR (Waist-to-Height Ratio) is calculated by dividing your waist circumference by your height. A value under 0.5 is generally considered healthy.
